Frequently Asked Questions
The purpose of this document is to answer the most common questions team
managers have in respect to a WMH event.
Venues – Pre-event training
How can teams book training times pre-event and is there a cost?
Teams can book training times for the period of Aug 3 to Aug 5 by sending a
request to masters@push.nl. The price is € 50,-/ hour for a full pitch
Do teams need to provide training balls?
Training balls will be provided by the organisation. They will be available at the
pitch
Will there be food and drinks available for purchase on training days?
Yes, that is possible. Please send a request to masters@push.nl
How can teams obtain ice at the venue and is there a cost?
The organization will have cooling ice available for injuries. There is no cost
involved
Will there be ice-baths available for hire / use (both venues)?
At this moment (Jan ‘27), we have no ice baths available. This is under
investigation
Will there be space for our Physio to set up a table? How is this arranged?
Space for Physios will be set up. We will inform when ready
Venues – Competition
When will the venues open prior to the first game?
The venues will be open from 08.00 am
Is drinking water available on team benches or do we need to bring our own?
Drinking water is available
Where can drinking water be accessed at the venue?
Drinking water can be accessed at the club house, and at two tap-points
outside
How can I obtain ice at the venues? Is there a cost?
Ice for injuries is available at the club house at no cost
Will there be ice-baths available for hire / use?
At this moment (Jan ‘27), we have no ice baths available. This is under
investigation
Will there be an area / access to water for us to use our own ice baths?
Access to water is available at several points
Are there showers in the changing rooms?
All the changing rooms have hot showers available
Can we leave GK equipment securely at the venue?
Lockers for GK equipment is available at € 30,- for the tournament. You can
bring your own lock, or buy one at our venue
What are the parking arrangements for buses?
There are no separate arrangements for buses. This is still under investigation
Is there secure storage for bicycles?
There is a bicycle park on the venue. The venue will be closed during the night.
Is electric vehicle charging available (this question has already been asked by
Dutch Masters)?
There are two charge poles in the vicinity, and several more further away.
Are both venues easily accessible by public transportation?
The venue is very easily accessible by public transport. There is a bus station
at 400 meters from the venue
Competition Administration
How will I know which uniform my team has to wear each match?
Team colours will be entered into Altius / TMS by the TD. When you log in to
enter your starting line-up for a match, the colours your team needs to wear
(shirt, short/skirt, socks, GK smock) will be displayed. The TD allocates colours
so that:
● There are no colour clashes
● All teams wear both their primary and alternate colours
Food and Beverages
How is payment made – cash and / or credit card?
The venue doesn’t accept cash. Payments are possible with bank cards and
credit cards
Can we pre-order food and drinks at both venues? If so, is there an on-line or
paper booking form? How is payment made?
We are organising pre-ordering of lunches and dinners. We will inform when
this is set up.
Can we order food and drinks after the last game of the day? What time will
this service close each day?
The venue will close at approximately 23.00 h. Until then food and drinks will
be served. We arrange a dinner possibility for every team on every day of the
tournament
Are there options for vegetarians / vegans / coeliacs?
There are. Options need to be communication with the pre-ordering
Are we allowed to bring alcohol into the venue to give to the team we are
playing as part of post-game hospitality e.g. a bottle of Amarula from South
Africa teams?
If the alcohol is a give-away out of hospitality, we have no problem with that.
We do not like it if food and drinks are brought to the venue for own use.
Is there a tent / area for post-game hospitality (sufficient for 6 teams)?
There will be ample room for post-game hospitality, spectators and other
interested people
Merchandise
Can tournament memorabilia / merchandise be pre-ordered?
We are working on a pre-ordering of tournament merchandise
If pre-order is available, where / when can items be collected?
Information about merchandise will follow when available
Live-streaming of matches
Is this available, and if so, how can we access it and what is the cost?

Will all matches be covered?

Opening and Closing Ceremonies
Where will these be held?
Opening and closing ceremonies will be held at the venue
Who can or needs to attend?
Opening and closing ceremonies will be available for everybody
What will be available after the closing ceremony – live music / food / drinks?
Food and drinks will be available after the closing ceremony. The rest is under
development
