To help us provide the best possible care, please keep the following in mind:
Before your appointment
- Please arrive on time. This ensures we can start your treatment as scheduled and avoid delays for other athletes.
- Please bring a large bath towel. This will be used on the treatment table during your session.
- Please pay attention to your personal hygiene. As we provide hands-on treatments, we kindly ask all athletes to arrive clean and ready for treatment.
Appointment policy
To ensure fair access to appointments for all participants and to prevent misuse of the booking system:
- Appointments cannot be cancelled once they have been booked
- All payments are non-refundable.
